With the market being slow, one might think that housing prices are down. Nope, as demand builds and the Fed keeps the interest rates up, Real Estate might be the investment in the pressure cooker. Have you thought about buying or selling now or in the near future?

It is an interesting market. Colorado has so many natural attractions the world can enjoy. From the Spanish Peaks to the Cache La Poudre River to Telluride; Colorado is the place. I'd like to show you around. Crested Butte is one of our favorite mountain towns. Snowboard in the winter or in the summer, enjoy its wild flower festival over Kebler Pass, fly fish in the Slate River or four-wheel up to Gothic.

Breckenridge is another favorite of ours. Shred its vast trails in the winter and fly fish in the Blue River in the summer. There are so many four-wheel tracks, my favorite leaves Breck and drops into Jefferson. I won't go into too may details but the rivers, lakes and scenery along the way make the two hour trip amazing.
